What do you do to fight against Anxiety?

Do you have any effective suggestion?

depends on the person: try reading. working out – running is better, but lift weights or try a sport. i have a hobby: playing guitar – anything that prevents you from thinking about yourself and your circumstances. i’m also a big fan of getting drunk or high, but that’s not the best way. nor great if you have to wake up. stop watching the news. they’re trying to control you with fear.

if it’s work or school, be better prepared and try to have some self-confidence. if you got the job/admitted, you deserve to be there. you’re not as dumb as you think.
