What is a good way to deal with Panic Attacks And how to get rid of them?

About a year ago I collapsed at work, was taken to the hospital, felt awful. They did loads of tests and couldn’t find anything. I was diagnosed as having a Panic Attack. Since then I have reoccuring Symptoms when I am in the subway etc. What is a good way to cope with it and cure it?
I thank you all for the answers. It is good to know that I am not alone and that there are people out there that have understanding. Thank you all!

I found focusing on a “happy place”, perhaps listening to music you enjoy, or even simply breathing exercises help to calm the Symptoms. Speak to a professional about what methods will work for you as well as potentially finding the root of the Anxiety.

It also never hurts to take time away from the day to so something you enjoy to unwind and decompress from the days events.
