How do I prevent serious stress and possible Anxiety?

It was the first day today and I am already overwhelmed! most of my classes are AP. does anyone have any advice on how to calm down, don’t stress, maybe foods I could eat, things I could do, ways to chill out but still be able to get work done?

You’re right that certain foods can help to reduce stress – Such as:
Red Meat, such as Beef, Pork, Turkey, Liver
Nuts, especially Brazil Nuts and Almonds
Leafy green vegetables, like Spinach, Lettuce, Kale, Chicory, Broccoli
Sweet potatoes
Pulses, Legumes, such as Beans, Lentils
Oily Fish, like Salmon, Trout, Mackerel, fresh Tuna
Dairy Produce, such as Milk, Cheese, Yoghurt (esp a milky drink before bedtime)
Bananas

Remember to keep your water intake well up as dehydration is also a stress factor.

Get at LEAST 8 hours sleep a night as lask of sleep is a stressor.
