Is it too late to lengthen my lifespan/get healthy?

I was raised near Detroit, where the air quality is terrible and there are many environmental toxins. As a child and teenager, my mother did not have fresh foods available and candy, pop, and McDonalds were my dietary staples. Outside was an unsafe place to be. I smoked, drank, and abused prescriptions pills. I’ve suffered from many psychological problems, including debilitating Bipolar Symptoms And Anxiety. I wonder if my Bipolar disorder was exacerbated by my unhealthy lifestyle. Now I am 20, and attending college at U of M in Ann Arbor. I have completely changed my diet and I exercise regularly. I drink a lot of green tea, have a diet rich in omega 3 fatty acids, whole grains, low fat dairy, lots of vegetables, fruits, and unprocessed foods, as well as a multivitamin supplement. I quit smoking and am substance-free.
Is it too late to detoxify my body and lengthen my lifespan?

It is never too late to take care of yourself and every little good thing you do for yourself adds up!! Insofar as mental health stuff, I would also encourage the addition of meditation and yoga. Both will help mental flexibility and yoga will also help you with physical flexibility.
